The full catering course program is designed to equip our students with catering fundamentals.
It is an hands-on skills that will prepare you towards building a rewarding career as a Professional Caterer, with three training days a week and for 12 weeks
Professional Chef Certification course
The Professional Chef certificate course is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills that will prepare you in building a chef career in the global food industry.
It exposes our students to courses related to food preparation, production, presentation and professional skills, with four training days a week and for 12 weeks
Professional Chef Diploma
(Baking and Patisserie)
The Professional Chef Diploma (Baking and Patisserie) program is designed to equip our students with fundamental knowledge and hands-on skills that will prepare them to building a rewarding career as a cake baker and pastry chef in the food service industry.
It exposes students to cake baking and pastries; production presentation, and entrepreneurship

The Professional Chef Diploma program (Cuisine, Patisserie and Restaurant Management) is a well-balanced course designed to equip you with fundamental and advance skills that will make you a chef, baker/pastry chef, hospitality manager and restaurateur.
It is for a longer duration and comes with a compulsory internship

Will there be post training support?
Definitely! we are keen on expertise hence we provide the necessary on-training and post-training support to our students to make sure they perfect their skills and become the next big thing.
What is the duration?
The duration depends on the course applied for. Our programs range from six weeks to twelve weeks, some also range from six months to twelve months

Hi! I am Chef Taby, founder and lead instructor at Tabys Culinary Institute.
Our academy is committed to providing aspiring chefs with quality culinary education so they can stand tall and reach their full potential. I love cooking, and being a chef has allowed me to develop new recipes and unleash my creativity. To me, cooking is more than just a job – it’s a perfect blend of professionalism, fun, and creativity.
I have always been passionate about cooking since I was a little girl, which led me to starting my own cuisine and hospitality academy in 2012. Over the years, we have trained over a thousand students.
Being a beginner chef and caterer can be challenging, especially without proper guidance. My mission is to be your go-to guide and help you attain mastery. Whether you are just starting out or you want to upgrade your skills. I am here to cheer you every step of the way.
