The full catering course program is designed to equip our students with catering fundamentals. It is an hands-on skills that will prepare you towards building a rewarding career as a Professional Caterer.
It entails vast knowledge on meal planning, party planning, kitchen management, event catering, restaurant management, and entrepreneurship.
Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:30am)
Duration: 3 months
Course Fee: N200,000 + N20,000 for registration fee, starter pack and chef uniform

Professional Chef Certification course
The Professional Chef certificate course is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills that will prepare you in building a chef career in the global food industry.
It exposes our students to courses related to food preparation, production, presentation and professional skills like
Knifing and knife skill, kitchen fundamentals, kitchen terms, fire safety, kitchen and personal hygiene
Understanding meat, poultry, games, grains, pulses, chicken and fish filleting, continental dishes, African dishes. etc.
Classes: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays (10:00am)
Duration: 3 months
Internship: Optional
Course Fee: N250,000+ N20,000 for registration fee.

(Baking and Patisserie)
The Professional Chef Diploma (Baking and Patisserie) program is designed to equip our students with fundamental knowledge and hands-on skills that will prepare them to building a rewarding career, as a cake baker and pastry chef, in the food service industry.
It exposes students to courses related to cake baking and pastries; production presentation, and entrepreneurship.
Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (10:00am)
Duration: 3 months
Internship: Optional

Professional Chef Diploma Course
(Cuisine, Patisserie and Restaurant Management)
The Professional Chef Diploma program (Cuisine, Patisserie and Restaurant Management) is a well-balanced course designed to equip you with fundamental and advance skills that will make you a chef, baker/pastry chef, hospitality manager and restaurateur.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide personal instruction and hands-on training from our seasoned chef instructors in a comfortable, well-equipped atmosphere, and giving individual attention to each student’s individual career and personal goals.
The program is divided into five (5) stages;
- Culinary fundamentals and food production, different type of food all over the world
- Baking and Pastry Arts
- Restaurant and Hospitality service training
- Professionalism, social media marketing, food costing, life skill and entrepreneurial training
- Internship
Each of these stages helps you to develop skills in food preparation, production, presentation, service, baking and pastry arts, restaurant and hospitality management and entrepreneurship.
